The Brower Youth Awards are funded by the New Leaders Initiative, an organization that is dedicated to engaging with and supporting environmental and social justice youth activists so that they can become the best version of themselves. Thus, every year, their Brower Youth Awards awards $3,000 to six (6) environmental youth leaders between the ages of 13 and 22 who are living in North America.
