The University of California campuses’ Blue and Gold Opportunity Plan will ensure that California residents from low-income households will not have to pay UC’s systemwide tuition and fees out of their own pockets. California residents whose household income is less than $80,000 a year are eligible, and can apply by simply submitting their FAFSA/California Dream Act Application and the Cal Grant GPA Verification Form by March 2nd.
