The Scholarships360 Research Team reviews all scholarships individually and strives to exclude any scholarship where any of the below applies:

  • The scholarship requires a fee to apply
  • The scholarship provider’s privacy policy allows for the misuse of student data
  • The scholarship requires paid membership in an organization (with certain exceptions for reputable trade organizations and others)
  • Student are required to sign up for a site or service to apply*
  • The scholarship seems primarily used for lead generation** or idea harvesting purposes***
  • The scholarship website has many grammatical errors and/or advertisements
  • The scholarship or scholarship providing organization seem untrustworthy
  • There is no evidence the scholarship was previously awarded
  • The scholarship has not been awarded in the past 12 months
  • There is no available contact information

Scholarship Overview

Are you a current college student interested in joining the Army after college?  If so, consider applying for the Army ROTC College Scholarships! The scholarships are open to current college students who meet the physical requirements of an Army fitness test. Applicants should also be willing to commit to either full- or part-time service in the U.S. Army after graduation.

The United States Army offers this scholarship and other programs to relieve the financial pressure on future servicemen and women as they pursue their education and army training. Multiple recipients are chosen to receive up to 100% tuition coverage, in addition to receiving a monthly stipend of $420 per month. Lastly, scholarship recipients also receive up to $1,200 per year to pay for books and housing. If you are interested in serving in the Army upon graduation and would some financial help getting there, we encourage you to apply!

Eligibility information

The scholarship is open to college students between 17 and 31 years of age who pass the current Army physical fitness test. Applicants must also have a high school diploma or an equivalent, have taken the SAT or ACT, meet the physical weight/height requirements, and be willing to serve in the Army full- or part-time after graduating from college. Lastly, applicants must meet the below eligibility requirements.
