Are you a female graduate student who has been a voting communicant member of a parish/mission of the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America for at least one year? If you are, consider applying for the ARFORA Martha Gavrilla Graduate Scholarship for Women! The scholarship is funded by the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America with the goal of helping communicant members further their education. The $1,000 scholarship is awarded to one selected graduate student annually and can be used for any educational expenses. If you’re a female graduate student passionate about your faith as a part of the Roman Orthodox Episcopate of America and are looking for some help paying for your graduate degree, we encourage you to apply!

Eligibility information
In order to be eligible to apply for this scholarship, you must be a woman who has been a voting communicant member of a parish/mission of the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America for at least one year. You must also have been accepted to a graduate degree program at an accredited university and meet the below eligibility requirements.
