Are you currently (or soon to be) enrolled full-time in a postsecondary vocational school or technical institute with plans of pursuing a career in any of the traditional building trades (HVAC, carpentry, electrical, etc.)? If so, consider applying for the AmericanTrucks Student Scholarships! Each year, the scholarship provides two $2,500 awards to applicants who submit a 750 – 1,500 word essay and proof of enrollment at a technical or vocational institute. The scholarship is funded by AmericanTrucks, an online retailer of light-duty pickup truck parts with a track record of philanthropy. The scholarship is biannual, with deadlines on June 15th (to be considered for the Fall semester) and October 15th (to be considered for the Spring semester).
