“American Legion Auxiliary Department of Michigan Scholarship for Non-Traditional Students” applicants must be the descendents of veterans. Applicants must also be non-traditional students returning to the classroom after some period of time in which their education was interrupted. Applicants must be one of the following: (1) a student returning to school after an interruption for the first time, (2) a student over the age of twenty-two attending college for the first time pursuing a degree, (3) or a student over the age of twenty-two attending a vocational or trade school.
The Michigan American Legion Auxiliary supports higher education through their scholarship programs.
This scholarship is open to students meeting the below eligibility criteria.
