Are you a library school student with a learning disability who wants to become a library or information studies professional? If so, consider applying for the ALA Century Scholarship! The ALA Century Scholarship is open to library school students with disabilities who have been accepted to ALA-accredited library schools to pursue graduate degrees in Library Science. The scholarship is funded by the American Library Association, a nonprofit organization based in the United States that promotes libraries and library education internationally. Each year, the scholarship awards $2,500 to one (1) lucky student to help pay for the costs of their graduate studies. If you’re passionate about pursuing a career in Library Science and are looking for some help to pay off your graduate studies, we encourage you to apply!

Eligibility information
In order to be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a library school student with a disability who has been accepted to an ALA-accredited library school to pursue graduate studies in Library Science. Applicants must also meet the below eligibility requirements.
