Are you a high school student with plans of working for the United States Air Force? You might consider applying for the Air Force ROTC High School Scholarship! The scholarship is divided into three types, yet all are dedicated to helping pay off ROTC members’ educational expenses. The scholarships pay off between $18,000 per year or full tuition for college with an Air Force ROTC detachment. In order to apply, students must pass several medical and physical fitness exams, in addition to meeting minimum SAT/ACT score thresholds. Just bear in mind that, if you win, you must sign an official agreement with the United States Air Force. With that said, if you’re passionate about the Air Force and are looking to get involved early (while also paying off college costs), we encourage you to apply!
Applicants to this scholarship must be high school students with U.S. citizenship and an SAT composite score of 1240 or higher or an ACT composite score of 26 or higher. You must also pass a Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board medical exam and meet the below eligibility requirements.
