Each year, the scholarship is awarded to multiple current and incoming college students who are majoring in advertising and related fields and from select parts of Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Eligible counties include Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey, Gibson, and Pike counties in Indiana, Edwards, White, Wabash, and Wayne counties in Illinois, and Henderson, Union, and Daviess counties in Kentucky.
