This $4,000 scholarship offers tuition assistance to high school seniors graduating from select high schools in Monterey County, California. Frieda and Joseph Drapkin were both long-time trustees of Curry College who believed in the importance of higher education and supporting future generations. Thus, in memory of Joseph, the late Frieda established the Frieda and Joseph Drapkin Scholarship to support Curry students of high standards and good character who, like the Drapkins themselves, "demonstrate excellence in the achievement of entrepreneurial endeavor and civic leadership."
