    Scholarship Overview

    Are you a college-bound high school senior who is the child or grandchild of a Veteran or Active Duty member of the United States military (including the National Guard or Reserves)? If so, consider applying for the AMVETS Children and Grandchildren Scholarships! Each year, the scholarships award up to $4,000 to one (1) applicant who submits the best 400-500 essay answering the given year’s prompt, in addition to their transcripts, FAFSA Submission Summary, university acceptance letter, expenses/publications from their school, a resume, and their relatives’ military service records.
