Experience
Caitlyn Cole, a first-generation college graduate, has been in the nonprofit postsecondary readiness space for a decade. Her career path bloomed from her first job after college at College Possible Minnesota where she held a number of positions including AmeriCorps high school coach, senior program coordinator, and program manager with work spanning from direct student college access support to managing a team of people and portfolio of projects such as financial aid, enrollment, and student recruitment.
After her time at College Possible, Caitlyn joined the team at Achieve Twin Cities (formerly AchieveMpls) where she now leads a team of experienced advisors who implement career and college readiness programming and support for students in Minneapolis and St. Paul Public High Schools. She has an eye for ensuring systems are equitable to meet the needs of program participants and has a strong management background.
