The HAMP Foundation Scholarship awards two full, four‑year scholarships to students graduating from high schools located in Milwaukee County who plan to attend either the University of Wisconsin–Madison or the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. The awards may be used for tuition, room and board, fees, and required class materials at those institutions. Eligibility is limited to graduating high school seniors in the class of 2027 who rank in the top 20% of their class at the end of junior year, have taken (or are currently taking) at least two AP or IB courses or a college course for credit, and are eligible for in‑state tuition or tuition reciprocity at one of the two target universities.
