Student-athletes are highly impressive, not only for their athletic capabilities, but also for their ability to juggle team practices, games, and outings on top of their classes. If you’re a student-athlete, and in particular, a swimmer, attending either Plano East, Plano West, Plano Sr. High School, or John Paul II High School in Texas, get ready to dive into an amazing scholarship opportunity!
Each year, The Elizabeth Abrams Memorial Scholarship awards $3,000 to a Plano East, Plano West, Plano Sr. High School, or John Paul II High School senior who is on their high school swimming team in their final year of high school. Applicants must also have (1) a minimum 3.0 GPA and (2) either (a) a minimum SAT score of 1030 or (b) a minimum ACT score of 20. The scholarship was established to honor the spirit, strength, and many contributions of Elizabeth “Lizzie” Abrams.
If you wish to honor Lizzie’s legacy, and potentially help fund your college education, we encourage you to apply. Plus, be sure to check out the other scholarships for Texas residents and athletic scholarships available on Scholarships360. Happy applying!
