The Brainy Scholarship Fund, established by Andrea Macias, supports and empowers female high school seniors in El Paso County who are graduating with early college credits and pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Rooted in a deep belief in education, kindness, and community, the scholarship honors young women who demonstrate ambition, perseverance, and a commitment to personal growth. Created as a way to give back to the El Paso community, the fund reflects the belief that education can be a powerful pathway to opportunity and lasting change.
The Paso del Norte Community Foundation (PDNCF) is a public charity based in El Paso, Texas, dedicated to improving the quality of life in the binational region, including West Texas, Southern New Mexico, and Ciudad Juárez. Established in 2013, it manages over 200 philanthropic funds, supporting education, health, and community projects.
In addition to meeting the eligibility criteria below, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree and demonstrate financial need.
