Offered by Community Foundation of Southern Indiana
If you’ve ever wanted to design or distribute the designs you see on posters, labels, bottles, banners, or even web pages, majoring in graphic arts and/or printing may be the right choice for you. Better yet, if you are, and you’re (a) graduating from a Clark County high school or (b) enrolling in the graphic communications program at Prosser School of Technology, the Community Foundation of Southern Indiana may have the perfect scholarship for you!
The Raymond Rhodes Memorial Scholarship for Printing Technology & Graphic Arts annually awards up to $2,000 to an applicant seeking a full-time, post-secondary education and who will be pursuing a career in the graphic arts or printing technology. Applicants must also either (a) plan to enroll at the Prosser School of Technology or (b) have graduated from one of the following Clark County high schools: Borden, Charlestown, Clarksville, Henryville, Jeffersonville, New Washington, Our Lady of Providence, or Silver Creek High School. While preference will be given to those pursuing a career in printing technology (press, prepress, or bindery operations), it is not a requirement to apply.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, we encourage you to apply. Keep on reading to learn more, and don’t forget to check out these other graphic design scholarships and scholarships for Indiana residents. Good luck with your scholarship search!
