The Ralph H. and Ruth Frank Gross Memorial Scholarship is offered to current, former, or retired employees of a governmental entity in Broward County; children and spouses of a current employee; or children and spouses of an employee killed in the line of duty after serving for at least five years. High school seniors and undergraduate students who are willing to refrain from abusing controlled substances, alcohol, and tobacco products are encouraged to apply.
