Offered by National Society of High School Scholars
Despite playing such an important role in our lives, mental health can sometimes be considered a taboo topic to talk about. For this reason, Abercrombie & Fitch joined forces with NSHSS (National Society of High School Seniors) to offer the Mental Health Awareness Scholarship to encourage youth to discuss and destigmatize mental health.
To qualify for this $2,500 scholarship, individuals must be graduating high school seniors “who have demonstrated a commitment to mental health advocacy and are passionate about advancing mental health initiatives to positively impact their communities and beyond.” Applicants must submit a 500-800-word essay addressing their advocacy efforts, as well as a resume, transcript, recommendation letter, and a color headshot suitable for website posting.
If you believe in the importance of mental health, we encourage you to apply! Keep on reading to learn more and be sure to explore these mental health scholarships on the Scholarships360 platform.
