Offered by Italian Catholic Federation (ICF)
The First Year College Scholarship offered by the Italian Catholic Federation (ICF) funds around 200 Roman Catholic college freshmen a year. Applicants must be either: 1) Roman Catholic, of Italian descent, and live within the Roman Catholic Dioceses of Arizona, California, Illinois, and Nevada; OR 2) the student is Roman Catholic and one of their parents or grandparents is a member of ICF, regardless of their state of residency. First year scholarships are worth $400 and increase to $500 for sophomore year, $600 for junior year, and $1,000 for seniors as long as the recipient continues to meet scholarship guidelines.
