To return the kindness, they established the Julie Gerhardt-Mannina Scholarship to “support the education of the underserved and underrepresented Latinx population on the east side of San José.” If you’re a high school senior of color from San José with plans to attend San Jose State University, you may be eligible for the scholarship!
