While teachers nurture young minds, nurses nurture patients’ bodies back to health. Both are critically important in our society and some of the most giving professions that one can pursue. If you’re a Clark County (Indiana) resident who’d like to join the ranks of these generous teachers and nurses who dedicate their time helping others, you may be interested in the Judith Hayes Scholarship!
This scholarship annually awards up to $30,000 or $15,000, respectively, to graduates of Clark County, Indiana, high schools who will be pursuing either a four-year or two-year degree. Applicants must also have a minimum 3.0 GPA and will graduate with a minimum CORE 40 diploma (or equivalent). One scholarship will be made for students pursuing a degree in teaching and one for students pursuing a degree in nursing.
