Offered by Gates Cambridge Trust
The University of Cambridge in England is not only one of the world’s consistently highest-ranked universities, but it is also the third-oldest university in the world in continuous operation. As part of its impressive curriculum, it offers a diverse range of graduate schooling options, including Doctor of Philosophy degrees, Master of Letters degrees, as well as one-year postgraduate courses. To “build a global network of future leaders,” the Gates Cambridge Trust is offering generous full-ride scholarships to non-United Kingdom citizens looking to pursue any of these degrees at the University of Cambridge!
Each year, 80 scholars from around the world are chosen to receive a full-expenses-paid scholarship to pursue either a Doctor of Philosophy degree, a Master of Letters degree, or a one-year postgraduate course at the University of Cambridge. The selection criteria are based on applicants’ outstanding intellectual ability, reasons for choice of course, commitment to improving the lives of others, and leadership potential.
If you’re interested in studying at one of the most historical and prestigious universities in the world, we encourage you to apply! Bear in mind that the application deadline is different depending on whether you are a citizen/resident of the United States or of any other country. Further, for non-U.S. citizens, the deadline may differ depending on your specific course of study. Thus, we recommend checking your exact deadline on the Gates Cambridge webpage before starting your application. Good luck!
