Introducing the Freeze Bullying Scholarship! The scholarship, inspired by Freeze Bullying for Payton, strives to raise awareness, educate, and foster positive transformation in the face of bullying and cyberbullying. To qualify for the scholarship, individuals must be current high school seniors or undergraduates who submits either a video (less than 5 minutes) or essay (~2 pages) that discusses the applicant’s efforts and actions to directly combat bullying in their school/community or how the applicant has been a victim of bullying and persevered. Two (2) letters of recommendation are also required.

Payton's Project is a 501c(3) nonprofit that was founded in 2016 in response to the tragic loss of Payton Rose Freeze to the effects of bullying. They promote mental health and wellness and putting an end to bullying among our youth by honoring those students who live up to that goal, and through other events and programs meant to give back to the community.
