Offered by Sedalia School District Foundation
Sedalia, Missouri, a city established in 1860 as a railroad town connecting larger metropolitan centers, is now perhaps best known for hosting the beloved Missouri State Fair which brings in approximately 400,000 visitors every August. This is a large feat for the city, which only houses approximately 22,000 residents itself. If you’re one of these lucky Sedalians who will soon be graduating from Smith-Cotton High School or Whittier High School, you may be eligible for the Eva Mothersbaugh Memorial Scholarship!
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be college-bound high school seniors graduating from either Smith-Cotton High School or Whittier High School in Sedalia, Missouri. Additionally, they must demonstrate financial need. While preference will be given to those pursuing a degree in communication arts, doing so is not required to apply. Each year, one applicant will be chosen to receive the $2,000 scholarship.
The Eva Mothersbaugh Memorial Scholarship is just one of the many scholarships for Missouri residents available on Scholarships360. We encourage you to explore the rest of our platform, and wish you good luck on your scholarship search!
