The ETS Presidential Scholarship for HBCU Students annually awards eight (8) full-tuition scholarships to full-time juniors and seniors attending HBCUs. Applicants must also have a minimum 3.5 GPA and demonstrate leadership and financial need to qualify for the scholarship. To be considered for the scholarship, interested students must submit a one-page statement outlining their financial need, a transcript, an email address for the two individuals providing your recommendation letter, an ~500-word essay regarding their most impactful class, and a video essay outlining the advice they would give to a younger student.
