The Dorothy E. Ann Fund (D.E.A.F) Scholarship is a need-based scholarship that supports graduating seniors who are deaf or hard of hearing. Students from high schools in Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, or Union counties in Ohio are welcome to apply. Students who plan to attend Columbus State Community College, Gallaudet University, or the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institute of Technology receive special consideration.
This scholarship is open to students meeting the below eligibility criteria.
