Through the patronage of former Colorado State Representative Diane Hoppe’s family and the Colorado Water Conservation Board, the Diane Hoppe Memorial Scholarship was created for graduating high school seniors residing in Colorado. Students who are interested in Western water and plan to attend a public school in Colorado are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who are interested in pursuing a career in water or water-related fields and those with proven leadership in Western water issues or water-related issues.
This scholarship is open to students meeting the below eligibility criteria.
