Are you a high school, undergraduate, or graduate student aware of the impact that cyberbullying can have on an individual’s mental health? If so, the Delete Cyberbullying Mental Health Awareness Scholarship may be a good opportunity for you. Each year, the scholarship awards $1,000 to one (1) high school or post-secondary student who submits a 500-word essay answering one of the following prompts: (a) “Why is mental health important to you personally?” or (b) “Why is it important to delete cyberbullying and its impact on mental health?” If this sounds like a good opportunity for you, we encourage you to apply. Delete Cyberbullying's mission is to educate students and parents about cyberbullying and to work toward its eradication. To do so, they offer the latest news, events and research on cyberbullying, petitions against cyberbullying, outreach programs, personal stories, and scholarship awards to students who submit essays about the dangers of cyberbullying and the importance of putting an end to it.
