Long time Georgia PGA volunteer Bill Cowles was a key part in the success of the Georgia PGA Junior Tour throughout its 20+ years of existence, working over 100 tournaments since 2002. To honor Bill’s incredible contributions to the Professional Golfers’ Association, the PGA of America – Georgia Section is offering a $2,500 scholarship in his name.
This scholarship is open to students in Georgia who are members of the Georgia PGA Junior Tour. High school seniors who demonstrate financial need and have plans to obtain an associate or bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply.
