Offered by Auburn University
Incoming Auburn University Tigers – look no further! If you’ve applied for Early Action to Auburn University and hail from out of state, the AU Academic Charter Scholarship could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Each year, the scholarship program awards an average of $7,000 to academically impressive incoming freshmen from outside Alabama. Specifically, applicants must hold a minimum 3.5 GPA and an ACT score between 29 and 30. To be considered for the scholarship, interested students must simply apply to Auburn University by December 1st and have been accepted for Early Action admission by early February – no additional application is required. Bear in mind that the earlier you apply (and are accepted) for admission, the more likely you are to win a scholarship. The scholarship is renewable for four years.
The AU Academic Charter Scholarship is just one of the many competitive merit scholarships offered by Auburn University. If you’re not sure whether you qualify for this scholarship, be sure to check out the Spirit of Auburn Presidential Scholarship, Spirit of Auburn Founders Scholarship, Spirit of Auburn University Scholarship, AU Academic Presidential Scholarship, and AU Academic Heritage Scholarship as well.
