Scholarship Overview

The AFCEA Mort Marks ROTC Scholarship is an incredible opportunity for Navy or Marine Corps ROTC students attending a university in the AFCEA Mid-South Region. This includes the states of: Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and the northwest panhandle of Florida. This scholarship is awarded annually to students whose degree and major align with the mission of AFCEA. To apply, candidates must submit two letters of recommendation and a letter of nomination from their ROTC unit Professor of Military Science, Professor of Naval Science, Professor of Aerospace Studies, or designated Commanding Officer.
