The Visine Students With Vision Scholarship Program is currently being offered by Johnson & Johnson. This program is offering ten $5,000 merit scholarships to enrolled college students and graduating high school seniors who “demonstrate a clear and unique vision, strong ambition and determination to bring their dream to life”. Applicants will be judged based off of academics, leadership in community service and extracurricular activities, and the applicants’ personal stories of how they are moving toward their goal.
To be eligible for this program, you must be a high school senior or a college freshman, sophomore or junior, be able to demonstrate involvement in school activities and/or community service, be able to demonstrate financial need, have a clear vision and be able to communicate your vision through a well-written essay or video presentation, and have a minimum GPA of 2.8.
This application is due on April 16, 2012. This scholarship program aims to awards scholarships to those “whose visions represent a wide range of interests – from technology to philanthropy, entrepreneurship to the arts, sports to science and everything in between,” so give it a shot if you have the time!
