Associated General Contractors of America Scholarships
The Associated General Contractors of America are offering the AGC Scholarships, which are available to college sophomores and juniors enrolled or planning to enroll in a full-time, 4 or 5-year ABET or ACCE-accredited construction management or construction-related engineering program.
What students are eligible for the Associated General Contractors of America Scholarships?
Unfortunately, high school seniors and college freshmen are not eligible. This organization also offers graduate scholarships for college seniors. For these, the applicant must be enrolled, or planning to enroll, in a graduate level construction management or construction-related engineering degree program as a full-time student.
How much does this scholarship award?
These scholarships are renewable, and come in the amount of $2,500 for each year of undergraduate study (so $7,500 total!). Graduate students are awarded $3,750 annually for maximum of $7,500. This program awards over 100 new scholarships each year.
Applications to this scholarship can only be sent in online, and must be completed by November 1 for the 2014-2015 academic year.
For more information, be sure to read up on this program at the AGC website page. As always, best of luck!
