The University of Valley Forge (UVF) is a private Christian university offering more than 40 undergraduate programs along with graduate and lifelong learning opportunities. Our mission is to prepare students for lives of service and leadership in the church and the world.
Founded in 1939, UVF is part of an international network of Assemblies of God colleges and universities, connecting students to opportunities across the globe. Our suburban Phoenixville campus provides a close-knit, diverse community just minutes from historic Philadelphia. Students enjoy a community-focused environment with access to nature trails, nearby coffee shops, and local restaurants.
Every student receives a UVF scholarship, and more than 100 flexible campus jobs provide financial support while building professional skills. Students thrive beyond the classroom through Student-Led Ministries, NCAA Division III Athletics, traveling worship and media teams, and both domestic and international missions trips.
At UVF, students, faculty, and staff encourage one another to grow intellectually, physically, spiritually, and socially—preparing graduates to discover their purpose for God’s glory.

Dual Enrollment
The Dual Enrollment Program at the University of Valley Forge (UVF) allows high school students to take general education courses for college credit through dual enrollment. Any student who completes 12 credits through Dual Enrollment at UVF will receive up to a $2,000 scholarship if they choose to attend UVF.

In fact, at $26,520 in tuition and fees for the 2025-26 academic year, UVF costs are lower than most four-year private colleges. Additionally, UVF assists students with over $10 million in federal and state grants, loans and scholarships each year.

The University of Valley Forge offers a wide range of scholarships and grants to help make a Christ-centered education more affordable. Institutional awards include merit scholarships based on academic achievement, performance and ministry-related scholarships, and special awards such as Application, Decision, and Visit Scholarships that are renewable and often stackable with other aid. Dual Enrollment students can also earn scholarship credits toward future study. In addition to UVF awards, students are encouraged to pursue outside scholarships and federal/state grants like the Pell Grant and SEOG through FAFSA to maximize financial support.

50% of students at University of Valley Forge receive Pell Grants.
The federal government awards Pell Grants to undergraduate students who demonstrate financial need by filling out the FAFSA. Students with a bachelor’s or professional degree are not eligible. University of Valley Forge is test-blind, which means that it does not allow applicants to submit their SAT or ACT scores. That means that they won’t consider these scores from any applicant. Decisions are based more heavily on grades, extracurricular activities, essays, interviews, and other factors.
