Experience
Before finding her way to Scholarships360, Katie furthered her journalism career at the LSU Reveille. She reported for the entertainment section there for over a year and wrote articles reviewing new and upcoming businesses in the Baton Rouge area. She received Staffer of the Semester after publishing the most viewed article of the year. Katie’s passion for writing led her to Scholarships360. Katie is set to graduate in December 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. She plans to attend flight attendant school after graduation and become a flight attendant while working a remote writing job. Katie is also eager to begin her own blog about her travels.
In her free time, Katie enjoys bringing her dog for walks, going on bike rides, and reading.
